Free Sauchalay Yojana 2.0 Registration: A scheme has been started by the government for those people who do not have toilets at home. There are still some areas in our country where people defecate in the open. Open defecation spreads many diseases which are harmful to everyone. To stop this, the Free Toilet Scheme is being implemented by the government. The benefit of the Free Toilet Scheme is being given by the government under which you can register online and take advantage of Rs 12000 of the toilet scheme.
Government is giving ₹ 12000 for construction of toilet
Under this scheme, financial amount of ₹ 12000 is being made available to the beneficiaries so that they can build toilets at their home. At present, its second phase has started i.e. Toilet Scheme 2.0 version has started. On applying in Toilet Scheme 2.0, you will be given a benefit of ₹ 12000. Any poor citizen who has been deprived of the benefits of this scheme can apply again to avail the scheme. Under the scheme, financial assistance of ₹ 12000 will be provided to the eligible candidates through which they will be able to build toilets at their home.
The scheme has been started under Swachh Bharat Mission
This scheme has been started by the Central Government under the Swachh Bharat Mission. The main objective of the scheme prevents people from defecating in the open. There is a risk of spreading various types of diseases due to open defecation. In such a situation, through this scheme, the government wants that toilets should be present in every house so that no one has to go out and no harmful disease spreads. Candidates can apply online under the scheme after which they will be provided the benefits of the scheme.
Eligibility required to avail the scheme
- In the toilet construction scheme, the head of the family can fill the application form.
- The age of the applicant should be more than 18 years.
- Only those who have not received the benefit can fill the form.
- Under this scheme, families from weaker sections can fill the form.
- The income of the applicant’s family should not be more than Rs 2.5 lakh.
How to apply under the scheme
- To register for the Free Toilet Scheme, first you have to go to the official website of Swachh Bharat Mission.
- After visiting the website, you have to click on SBM registration.
- Now the registration form will open in front of you in which all the information has to be filled correctly.
- You can fill this form by visiting your nearest CSC Central Public Service Center.
- After this, you have to upload all the related documents.
- Now your toilet scheme form will be checked and verified.
- If everything is found correct, you will be given the benefit of the scheme.
- In this way, you can register under the Free Toilet Scheme and get the benefit of the scheme.
- After getting assistance from the government, you can build a toilet at your home.
