- If you have clicked on Non IPPB Customer, then you have to proceed by clicking on DOORSTEP BANKING.

- After filling the form, tick on I agree to terms & conditions below and enter the Text Verification code given below.
- In the last, click on Submit.
- Now the Service Request for your loan will be submitted.
- After the form is submitted, you will receive a call from the post office in which some information will be taken from you.
- After this, either the postman himself will come to your house or you will have to go to your nearest post office and tell the relevant information and submit all the necessary documents there.
